No Judgment & No Lectures
I was always captivated by the sights and sounds of the “city that never sleeps” portrayed in movies like Home Alone 2, Spider Man, Ghostbusters and the Men in Black and decided to make a dream reality by moving to New York City and completing my dental training there. The 4 years I spent in the Big Apple passed by almost as quickly as the pace of the city and I learned valuable lessons balancing school with visiting the many museums, parks and coffee shops.
At the end of my training, I came to realize that the thing which mattered most to me in life was family and decided to move back to Canada to be closer to mine.
I am thrilled to say that deep down in my heart, I believe I have found this practice in Smiling Dental.
Outside of the office you can usually find me working out, yelling “fore” on a golf course or kicking a ball around on a soccer field. I used to play competitive soccer growing up throughout Canada and the United States so anytime I get out on a field, it brings me great joy.
Now that I think about it, my passion for dentistry first stemmed from my passion for the game of soccer-as they are more similar than most people would think! Both have taught me that hard work ethic, good communication, optimism and strong teamwork are keys to success and I hope to translate these values into patient treatment.
